At our roastery you can buy freshly roasted coffee beans from a wide range of Indian specialty coffees like 'Civet coffee', 'Mysore Nuggets Extra Bold', 'Monsooned Malabar', 'Kaapi Royale', 'Baba budan giri coffee'. Arabica coffee beans either washed, honey processed or natural dried are roasted to various profiles to enhance the intrinsic flavour notes in the coffee beans for a heavenly cup of coffee. Also buy locally grown organic spices.

We have been in the field of coffee roasting for more than 40 years and in 1986 the 'Vijaya coffee works' was started and it didn't take much time to take it's place in every house in and around Chikkamagaluru and then to South India. And now we are glad to share our experience to coffee lovers with the 'Coffee Tour'. We pride ourselves on providing organic, fair trade coffee. We work with local planters to source the highest quality offerings.
